Simply put, I am trying to gain access to my Netflix account within Theater View.
I have scoured the forums in an attempt to correct my seemingly singular issue but to no avail.
When I go to "Tools > Options > Services > Manage Netflix > Connect to Netflix Account," nothing happens. Perhaps I am missing something completely basic but I have tried numerous fixes which seem to be for different issues.
I have cleared the cache in all of my browsers. I have installed Chrome in an attempt to utilize the Chromium backend. I have tried the Internet Explorer backend. I have restarted my computer. I am able to connect to Netflix within the standard view (tree) by including Netflix as a connected Media website. But as I have stated I want to gain access within Theater View.
Thoughts?

I have the same problem. No ideas either, unfortunately.

This is a known problem. John will hopefully look at it soon.

I have had similar issues with Netflix in the past. Last time I had to clear Netflix and reload. Here's what I did:
Go to Start Button>Click Run, Type in "%Programdata%. Go to Microsoft>PlayReady. Delete the file. Restart Computer. Go to JRiver Netflix setup and delete Netflix account. Add Netflix account back in.

Isn't netflix turning off their API today? http://www.engadget.com/2014/11/15/netflix-public-api-shutdown/
Doesn't that mean the theater view integration is over? I see no results of any kind when I try to use it this morning (it was working normally yesterday).

Yup. No more API, no more Theater View Netflix :-(

i just added it as a website link on the theater view front page - works great.
