Title: Live TV
Post by: ldoodle on November 21, 2014, 11:06:44 am
One bugbear I had with the first version I used (MC17) was that TV setup was 'terrible', in terms that it just pulled every channel down and you then had to go and create custom lists for only the channels you can actually receive.

Has this changed in 20?  As in does it work similar to Windows Media Center in that it will do an OTA scan and only add-in channels you (or your tuner to be precise) can physically receive?

It's a work in progress:

The improvement of TV setup is in process as Jim says, but . . .

this has been true since I started using MC version 18, at least for OTA channels. I'm not sure about STB and Cable channels, but I think they are similar, depending on hardware.
