Hi
I have purchased and own Media Center 20 and have received my registration code.
When I enter my registration code into JRiver it says that it is not valid and when I attempt to restore my license using my email address the email response states I am only licenced for MC 18 & 19 even though I have purchased MC 20.
Could someone at JRiver please help me?

Maybe you need to install MC20.

I can confirm that MediaCenter200041.exe is installed. I just downloaded the installer and installed it.
After installation, when MC 20 starts, a dialog appears stating that "The trial period has expired". There are 3 buttons "Purchase", "Restore License" and "Cancel".
I click "Restore License" and in the "Restore Licence" prompt I enter the registration code I was provided when I purchased MC20 and click "Ok".
After entering the registration code an "Information" prompt appears stating "this license is not valid" as the error details.
Can you please assist?

Your most recent license is for MC19, as far as I can tell. You can download it and install it. Start here:

I am definitely licensed for MC20 and currently have it running on my media server. I am trying to install it on my laptop which I use as my main media player.
I purchased MC20 on 11/08/2014 and received my registration code and purchase confirmation via email from buy-button@jriver.com at 11/08/2014 11:16 AM.
I also have credit card proof of the payment.
Obviously I am reticent to post either my registration code/license details or my credit card details on an open forum, so is there any way my purchase and license can be verified by other means? I am happy to provide proof of purchase in a more secure mode of communication.

Please send me the address you purchased with so I can find the license. Sometimes there is a typo in the email.

The bank had reversed the charge so JRiver revoked the license.

I am also having this problem. "We could not find that license". But I was just sent the code to restore it?? Help please.
