Title: Video category missing using MC20 Mac as server

I just booted into MC20 under Mac OS Mavericks and while video shows up on MC clients and server it is not there on JRemote v3.10.

I partially solved the problem by manually adding the video category via the customized views.   Apparently, the latest versions of MC20 for Mac reset this back to a default when there was no video function.   The remaining issue is when the video category is selected all videos are displayed without any subcategories (movies, shows, etc) plus there is no tab in the upper left corner to go back to the previous screen;  the only way back is to swipe right.

This is an issue with the MAC version of MC. While video support was recently added, the remote views are not yet updated to reflect it.
It will hopefully be fixed in the next release of MC.
