Title: Skips on Playbakc

MJ set for smooth cross-fade, 5.6 s. On playback (frequently not always), there is a brief skip in the last 3-5 secs. of a track, just prior to the x-fade into the next one. Equalizer and DSP both on, ditto clip protection and replay gain (|PLS|6). Have Izotope Ozone installed and operating.

This was picked up in another thread a while ago (can't find it). Recollection is that it was reported as a bug, but if so, still there.

Suggestions?

Don't run both EQ and DSP.  One or the other.

Check how you have the buffering set in Settings/Options/Playback.

If I was any more relaxed I'd be asleep with my eyes open. Save my stress for the Patriots-Steelers game.
