Around the time I upgraded to MC 20, I noticed that the audio/video sync is quite off for the first several seconds of video file playback. After which, the video stutters for a second or two, and then we're in sync. A known issue? I do have the sync correction set to about 300ms to get them in sync during normal playback - I've had it like that since well before this behaviour started occurring.

Is it possible you've got a lot of buffering selected for the audio? Look in Options > Audio > Device settings. You want a small value.
-
Hmm it's at the recommended 100ms.

I applied a change in an upcoming build that may be able to help. Please let us know (it'll be in MC 20.0.47 or newer)

Hi, just saw the previous reply - that's great, thanks! I'll test it out soon and post back here.

Ok, upgraded to 20.0.48 and it still happens. Possibly it syncs up a tad faster, but if so it's negligible, might be imagining things.

I've had this start of play stutter for as long as I can remember. Using MC20 in recommended settings. Very keen aso to see this resolved
