Title: How to listen to music AND get browser/system sounds?

Can I do this on a Mac?  I would like to hear music in the background while I do other things, and not miss system sounds etc...

(other times I listen to music only, and it's great to have the dedicated audio channel...)

Never mind - found I can disable exclusive access and use internal volume control... I knew there was a way!
