Title: MC 19 Win 8.1 - Cannot Open Media Server Application

My system is working but I can no longer open the media server application to change media server parameters.  When I open it from the Win 8.1 Start page nothing happens.  If I am in Media Center and try to open it from Tools/Advanced Tools/Media Server.. nothing happens either!

Any solutions available?
