Title: [REQ] Another official skin

I like Noire skin but if use in darkness it too bright.
I know jriver have many dark skin but them don't up to date.

Do you think about add another official skin in Dark Theme?
You may be modify normal Noire to Dark Noire.
I know I can modify by myself but if you do it be the best.

I have done a modified Noire skin: Noire Black

edit: I have attached the zip (https://www.dropbox.com/s/zfnms7pdpcve32u/Noire%20Black.zip?dl=0) file for the skin. Unzip to C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Media Center 20\Skins\Standard View
