Title: Version 20 upgrade produces error

I have just upgraded from v 17 to 20. My cash has been accepted but when I try to install the new version it produces an "Unknown error" dialogue box. Please assist me to get the virtues of your new and improved version in time for Christmas.

Install problems are often caused by "security" software like antivirus programs.  See the "Weird Problems" thread in my signature for a few.

Also a reboot often clears these kinds of install errors. If it keeps happening it also might help if you post exactly where in the install there error occurs.
