Hi,
I'm having problems with the HD Tracks download manager - any help gratefully appreciated.
Since I joined HD Tracks the download manager didn't recognise my password, but let me download music anyway.
Now, it simply won't let me download anything or login.
So far I have tried:
1) Resetting password on HD Tracks
2) Re-installing download manager
3) typing the password separately to ensure it is correct and copying and pasting it.
4) Typing any old rubbish which has nothing to do with my password
Each time I get the message: "There was a problem logging in. Please try later."
I get the same message if I type the correct password or not.

I'm having the same problem, so I'm guessing it may be a problem with the site itself...

Did you get this resolved. I have been having the same issues and when i contact HD tracks - they just say that they are refunding my money. No technical resolution nor timetable.
