Title: Invalid license, error code=14

When I tried to upgrade to the full version of Jukebox, something went wrong, and now I'm not able to access all the features of the full deal.  When I try to restore, I get the error message "Invalid license, error code=14".  
Can anyone tell me what's wrong, and how to fix things?  Thanks a lot.

Make sure you have a current version of the software.
