Title: Speed of finding library art compared to a PC

I am trying to use the Mac version for now.  Have used the PC version for several years.

The Mac is a much faster machine than the PC.

Using the same NAS, same network and same data in the library (> 100k of mainly FLAC files) I have tried to look up multiple album covers by highlighting multiple albums simultaneously and then find album art, best version function.  The MAC version does this much slower than the PC version.

Is this expected?

If you tell the Windows version to store the art in the file, you should see them on the Mac version.

We limit cover art lookup of large libraries to keep the load on our server reasonable.  It will eventually finish.
