Title: When does MC need to run jrworker.exe?
Post by: hedude100 on December 21, 2014, 06:50:40 pm
I know it's very very early to ask about JRiver MC and Windows 10. But I have been running JRiver MC with Windows 10 TP version  and there's no problem with jriver except that Windows 10 keeps activating "jrworker.exe" program hundreds of times whenever I run "Auto-import" to update the library. I rename jrworker.exe to jrworker.exe.sav so it will not be running and everything works just fine. When does JRiver MC really need to run jrworker.exe? Thanks!

JRWorker is what will actually perform the import process. If you disable it, nothing will ever get imported properly. Why would you do that anyway.
