Title: MC 20.0.52 locking up for USB only
Post by: omarghaffar on December 22, 2014, 06:39:03 pm: If I select the 'Built in Output' option in the MIDI settings, music plays fine through the Mac Mini speaker. If I connect with an optical cable to my Peachtree Nova125, everything works fine, but with occasional dropout. However, if I use my Audioquest Carbon USB cable, which is what I would prefer, music will not play at all, and the song clock on whatever is playing freezes at 0:00. I have verified that the cable is fine by using another Mac.

I have had this problem for the last few builds of MC, and I am unable to resolve it. All manner of rebooting, reinstallation, and restarting has failed. Any ideas or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Log file attached. Regards, Omar

I was referring to the selection within MC not Audio Midi.
