Title: Trying to creat a Smartlist Playlist, so not to playing the same track over and

I created a smart play list with following conditions

[Media Type]=[audio] ~sort=[Last Played] ~sort=[Random] ~mix=100,75%,{p="Vocal"},25%,{p="instrumental"} ~nodup=[Artist],[Name]

The goal was that every time when I restart my computer, the smart list should choose the tracks which were not played the longest time and should be randomly sorted  from two different play lists.

It is choosing the song from different playlist, But the playlist is repeating the same tracks over and over, what wrong am I doing?

Please help
