Title: How to stream Flac from MS Surface to sound system

I am now using a Logitech Transporter that reads Flac via wifi, uncompresses, sends it to the included DAC and then to my amplifier.

I would like to use JRiver Media Center instead of the old SqueezeBox server. So what is the best option:

Can JRiver feed the Transporter?  Maybe with a added software or plug in?

If not, ca JRiver feed another DAC wirelessly?  If yes , which are the best ones to consider?
