Title: Trashing of preferences, clean install
Post by: groucho on January 12, 2015, 07:32:24 am
I have rearranged my music collection and moved it to another hard drive. At the same time I also installed a new system (Yosemite) to the new hard drive and in that process migrated all old data (settings, apps etc) through Migration assistant from a Time machine backup. Now when I open albums all hold quadroplets of every tune, half of them pointing to a now non existent location. I'd like to trash whatever file keeps track of the library or - if necessary - do a clean install of MC (now running the very latest version). Where are all files located (cannot find any in for ex Application Support)?
