Title: Library backup failed

Hi.  When I go to File / Library / Back up library I get an error message

But, when I look in the destination folder, I do in fact see a file with the current timestamp.

Confused.

We show that error if the zip tool reports there was a problem making the ZIP file.

Strange that the file would be there but you'd get an error. 

Can you try backing up to a different drive?
