Title: 2 channels being converted to 6

I have my output encoding set to "none", however I see: "2 channels being converted to 6." I know the source is 2 channel, so not understanding where this change is coming from. Help appreciated.

In the DSP Studio --> Output Format --> Channels you can select either a specific # or "Source # of Channels".

You may also find that the windows mixer is also doing the change if you are not using ASIO or WASAPI Exclusive.
