Title: Select language for themoviedb.org and thetvdb.com
Post by: D-Kalck on January 16, 2015, 01:06:27 am
Hi,

We can select language for services like Wikipedia or Amazon, but we can't do the same thing for themoviedb.org or thetvdb.com while their APIs allows to select the language.
Please add a language selection for those services.

Would be great to have that combined with the language tag of the movie. So if the language tag is e.g. German, then the German entry of themoviedb (if available) etc. is automatically proposed.

I'm not sure.  You could try the trial version of MC22.

Anything new?

An example: The episodes from the series http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=208341 (http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=208341) do not have a description in English, but they have it when switching description to "Deutsch" or "Italiano".

Why is it so difficult to allow us getting the content in our native language, and alternatively in English if the native language description is empty?
