Title: duplicate files -

wasn't there once an option in here to find/delete duplicate files? am i overlooking something? or was that when i was still playing around with all those other toys...

Glennn  I am with you on that I will second your motion Also if it would check the file and report if there are any errors would really be nice as a corrupted puts MJ in a bad mood and it lays down.

that's a gimme - that's the problem i'm facing right now; had to recover a whole bunch (700) of superdeleted mp3's, and have now many duplicated ones, AND some curruption - it's laying down on me all the time when i'm editing the tags.

the author of mp3 explorer had me put a "debug=1" string in an ini file that produced a log of scanned mp3's (it was doing the same thing) and i was able to find a few bad ones that way; any capability like that with MJ? a way of logging the processes to a text file?

until it gets written in one day, of course... Next Page
