You can try this (if it is a URL Like - http://icecast.arn.com.au/1017.aac)

File --> Open URL
  Enter the URL of streaming file = http://icecast.arn.com.au/1017.aac
  Check "Show web media options...."

In the next Dialogue box check "record stream for:  XX Minutes"

Just tested and this works but "Auto Play While Recording did not for some reason.

didn't work... no errors, just didn't work.  also tried clicking on your link and opening with jrm20.... also, did not work.

i can pull up same website in stand alone browser and will hear audio but when in jrm embedded browser get NO sound.

also worth nothing... can play music just find through jrm20, this is on a laptop btw so no intricate sound cards or multiple ones.  Default device is set to play music which is also same for playing audio via web stream so that shouldn't be the problem.

thanks.

One thing I do is setup a zone choosing "disk writer" as a device. I listen to a stream on another zone, and when I want to record it, I link the zone to the newly created diskwriter one.
