Title: RIPPING PROBLEM

When i try to rip certain albums that i have bought i get one of two messages: open drive failed - drive is not open or no tracks avaiable to rip. Is there anything i can do

Same problem here. Was this ever solved?

"open drive failed. drive is not open" while trying to rip a CD from an external CD drive. OS X 10.10.2 (Yosemite)
