Title: Can't find Master License Upgrade for $19.98

I currently have the Mac JRiver and would like to upgrade to the master license for $19.98 as specified in the email however I can't find a way to do this, when I go through purchasing the master license it wants to charge me $40something instead of the upgrade price of $19.98 .. how can I fix this?

Make sure you're using build 20.0.60 on the Mac, then go to the Help menu > Upgrade to Master License. It should then display the page with the correct upgrade price.

I recently installed the PC version, but then my PC died.

So I had a spare mac, and got the Master license, but didn't see the reduced cost.

I ended up paying $49 + $69....any ideas about how to get reimbursed for the difference?
