Title: Master License but charged for a single purchase
Post by: joe schmoe on January 24, 2015, 10:14:32 am
I received an e-mail
"Good day,

When JRiver introduced the Mac and Linux versions of Media Center, we found that customers wanted a license that would work with all three versions.  Unfortunately, our licensing system couldn't do this.

We have some good news.  You can now buy a Master License that works with JRiver Media Center 20 on all three operating systems.
-------
Seeing I already own JRiver MC20 for Mac; I proceeded to the purchase page and bought what I thought was the Master License at the special reduced price of $19.98. I just checked my bank account and it shows I was charged $44.98. What is this all about? Why was I charged for a full single purchase and NOT the reduced price???
