Title: Playing video files

Im currently struggling with a sort of ergonomic quirk of JRiver.

If I play a file it goes full screen, which is good, but once it does this I cannot access the play/pause menu pop up at the top of the screen?

I have to double click anywhere while the movie is playing, wait for it to go small screen, then maximise again and then pop up menu will appear when I want it to.

Am I doing something wrong?

I don't have that issue. I move to the top of the screen (when using a mouse) and the control menu pops up. But I can also right click on the screen and get a popup menu with "Player>stop/pause/..." controls.
Can you get to the "right click menu"?

Are you running Red October HQ with full screen exclusive mode in MadVR?

It appears there is just a very slight delay of around 2 seconds or so, and then its fine
