Title: Installation Problems

I have owned JRiver for several years. Today it started malfunctioning. I have uninstalled and reenstalled ver 19. Still get the message that Windows can't access it because I may not have permissions. I am the Administrator.

So I am totally confused. Do I have to upgrade to 20 just to continue using JR?

It's hard to say what is happening.  More details might help.

Make sure you've installed MC19 and then restored the license.

I have restored the license.

I am running Win 8.0.

I had no problems with JR until now.
