Title: Theater View: MC crash after resume from suspend state.
Post by: hormiga79 on February 01, 2015, 01:21:25 am
When resume the PC from the suspend state, MC is crashed. This happen when  MC is in Theater View before going to suspend. However, if I leave MC in Standard View before going to suspend, everything goes fine after resume the PC from suspend state.

I've been using the same configuration since MC18, and always works fine. I don't know what has changed now.

Logs files are included.

Thanks for your help.

Hi BryanC,

Thank you very much for you reply.

I would appreciate an explanation of why it is a problem with the video drivers. So help me understand the origin of the problem, as everything worked properly until the latest update of MC.

I have checked the video drivers: The latest video drivers were already installed.

I've seen the same thing and we're looking at it.  It may be the video drivers, even if they're the latest.

JimH, thanks for your answer.

Just got back to the MC19 and everything works properly. I will continue with MC19 until we have good news about the MC20.
