Title: Request, Change Capture Video Tumbnails

Hi

Now in options capturing video thumbnails uses seconds but say for instance I have it set to 350 seconds. Any clips below that don't get their thumbnails generated. Could it possibly be changed to a percentage rather than seconds?

Thumbnails do get generated even if the video is shorter than your specified time.  If the video is shorter, we just use the middle of the video duration for thumbnail.

That's strange because a lot of thumbnails haven't been generating and adjusting the specified time has been the only way for me to get around this apart from manually using the screen grab core command. I wonder if anything else could be causing this for me.  ?

Same for me, none of my short video get thumbnails and never had, when the length is less than the configured time. Is this a new feature? I just checked and the thumbnails still aren't generated, even when I manually run Rebuild Thumbnail on the file
