Title: Random crashes with latest build whilst watching Live TV

Latest couple of builds seem to have caused me a problem with crashes whilst watching/recording live tv.

It's been stable for me - but a while back I was getting crashes going from HD to SD programming live (without hitting stop button between channel changes). That was only using RO+HQ (madVR). It was fine in RO-STD. However, I'm back to RO+HQ and have not had any issues lately.

Have you tried it in RO-STD, and if so, did you have problems?

We fixed that particular crash, thanks for providing the log and crash dump.
