Title: Downloading problem

Hi,
Running JRiver Media Center 19 19.0.163
For the last few weeks I have not been able to download videos from You tube.  
If, as usual, I press the shift key and click on a video thumbnail it no longer brings up the pop up dialog that permits me to select download.
To solve the problem, I have try the following :  
I have reset all confirmation dialogs (problem still there).
I install JRiver Media Center 20 (problem still there).

Please help me to resolve this issue.
