Title: Failure to load JRTools JRiver 19

i purchased and successfully installed JRiver 19 on one of my computers (Windows 7) some time ago.  I'd now like to install it on another of my computers (Windows 8) but have never been able to do so because i always get the message "Failure to load JRTools".  I have successfully installed my key to the 2nd machine (I have 10 installs remaining).  I can't even uninstall JR19 (it does load the software) because, you guessed it, "Failure to load JRTools"  What does this mean and how do i successfully load the software?

Install the most recent version of MC19.  You can find it on our wiki under "Old Versions".

Problems like this often turn out to be caused by "security" software, like antivirus programs.
