Title: JRiver Mac license problem

Good days are writing new in this forum , I wanted to know if there are j.river email addresses to forward a msg technicians , 'cause this morning I paid by credit card on the site JRiver for Mac to $ 49 then I received a code activation but nothing happens . just another thing I was wrong to enter my address instead of ( gustavo_savarese at libero.it , I accidentally entered gustavo.savarese at libero.it.

Download and install MC, then do a restore.

but nothing works will enchant and does not move more ' then took my videos from iphoto ,,,,
exits already the withdrawal right ?
maybe I'm wrong but I did not have to pay immediately download the demo for 30 days . and ' can request a refund ??

Set up file associations under MC's Tools > Options > File types.

thanks but no manual I've seen on the web and ' too complex and not easy so I ask ,,, and ' can get a refund of . € 49.00 € ?

It is hard to understand what the problem is.  Your description isn't clear.

Did you do this?

If so, did MC install?  Is it licensed?
