Title: Manage TV recordings from client PC

I've installed the MC on a Windows XP server that has a Hauppage WinTV card and on a Windows 7 client PC. I can't figure out how to view the EPG and set up TV recordings from the client PC. Isn't that possible?

Only TV Tuner devices installed on the Server are visible/work with the Clients. You turn-on the TV feature on the Client at Tools>Options>General>Features. Check the box that says "TV".

You need to setup channels and guide on the server first.  Clients will see channels and guides as setup on the server.  Make sure the server allows clients to make changes (Enable authentication).

OK, thanks very much, that seems to be working. I still have a problem with incoming TV but I think it's a different problem so I've started another thread.
