Title: New User - Totally Lost

I'm a new user..yup, a Newb! Be gentle....;)

I've downloaded the .mjr file but when I go to double click it and open it I get a message that Windows does not recognize the file type and needs to find the right application. Of course, I have the option to find it myself in Windows. Well, that's beyond my expertise.

How do I open this mjr file and open up my new JRiver 20?

Any help you can provide this Newb will be greatly appreciated. I want to implement a JRiver / JRemote based solution and connect my server directly to my DAC.

i think you are trying to install the license key without the program installed
Try going here http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=95488.0 , and installing the program first, then try double clicking that .mjr file
