Title: Upgraded from MC 19 to MC 20. Is it OK to uninstall MC 19?
Post by: JH on February 13, 2015, 05:47:23 pm
I have been using MC 20 for some time now. If I uninstall MC 19, will I lose something and mess up MC 20?

No.  But make a backup first.

What do I back up?

I think Jim's talking about your library file File=>Library=>Backup Library

If you have been on 20 for awhile, you should have automatic backups made already. But I think its always a good idea to save a final backup of a version, in your example for version 19, just in case you have to or want to go back .. usually on first launch of a new version though where there might be bugs.
