I could not find the link to the page with the accessories such as skins & plugins (which is odd as it used to be easy to find on this site), but a good old Google search did the trick

it is at the very bottom of this page: http://accessories.jriver.com/mediacenter/accessories.php (http://accessories.jriver.com/mediacenter/accessories.php)

Got it! Went past the part that says:
"Media Center is about to install a component. Do you approve?"

But where is it on the main screen of MC?
How to I activate it? I'm using Dynobot skin, btw.

Thanks.

It is on the left side in the Tree pane, at the bottom under: Services & Plug-Ins

It says "Sleep Timer"

did you find 'Services & Plug-ins"?
did you get a 'successful install' dialog window after install?
have you tried restarting MC?

Yup did it all and it is not showing up...I also remember one was able to save the file and that seams not to be a option anymore.

Yes, me too. I see 'scheduler' but not 'sleep timer' or anything.  :(

I have a copy of the .mjp file, which will install the sleep timer plug-in into MC:  https://copy.com/rTTXK7jKVeVO6afv (https://copy.com/rTTXK7jKVeVO6afv)

hope that helps

That helped!  ;) Thanks.

But, as you can see...the 'fade' doesn't really fade at all, unfortunately.

did you try tools/options/services/expand interface plugins, click on manage plugins, and verify it's there, and not ticked as hidden?
