Is there a way to import music metadata from jaikoz into JRiver Media Center?

It appears that if you open a JRiver library music file/folder using Jaikoz and fix the metadata and then save the fixes back to the library music file/folder and re-import the file/folder to the library, the fixes will be displayed in JRiver.

That's indeed where tagging is about, writing tags like Album, Artist, etc into the file.
Your best bet is Library Tools > Update library from tags
