Please advice how to configure bluray playback with video at the PC monitor and audio forwarded to uPnP Stereo Media Renderer?

The wiki has a topic on Blu-ray.  I don't think you'll be able to send the audio to a UPnP Renderer.  See the Video settings for the audio devices available.
