Title: Playlist folder named "New Playlists" disappears in MC20

So I have been developing music playlists for years, have a Main Playlists and a New Playlists folder, among others.  Under MC 20, the New Playlists folder disappears upon closing.  It's specifically this name as I am using Working Playlists now itn its place as a folder name. 

Weird.
