Title: Bad movie dont open

I have a movie on .avi and i have tried to open it on Media Center. The file dont open. I have tried on Windows Player and it tell me that the file cant be open (bad format or movie file).

Could you add too a message on media center when a video is bad?

Same answer as before:  You don't have the proper codec - this has nothing to do with MC.  If you know what codec you're missing, I'd suggest you install just that one.  Otherwise, see the thread http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=MediaCenter;action=display;num=1065501336 and download/install one of the codec packs.
