Title: TV Card FM Stereo support

With MC 9.1.(267) correctly supporting my Hauppage TV card now, I'm wondering how hard it would be to support the FM portion of the card -- I could then use the sound recorder and scheduler to capture material off it.

This has been on my mind for a while, but I just have not gotten around to do it. How hard will it be? I'll tell you, I don't know :D. It should not be too hard.
