I have just installed JRiver Media Center 20.0.63 on a laptop connected to a DAC. It's working perfect. Then I installed Gizmo on a tablet and on a smartphone. On both I get the following error message after entering the access key: There was a problem connecting to the server. Laptop: Lenovo T420s with Windows 7 64 bits. Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab S with Android 4.4.2. Smartphone: Samsung Galaxy S (SM-G900F) with Android 5.0. The laptop is connected to my network with a network cable and the tablet and smartphone are both connected wireless. Please help. :'(

Try reinstalling Gizmo

It might be a network issue (firewall, etc). Please read the instructions carefully.

Thanks sooo much. It helped to disable firewall on the PC. I already love to use JRiver and will probably buy it when the trial periode is expired. ;D
