Title: fail to restore licence

I have had problems with my media player and have had to download another version off the internet but when i put my registration code in it keeps comming up failed to restore licence can you help as i have paid for the full version and now i cannot get it

you have also failed to provide any information on what the full version # is of media Jukebox your using, and maybe going to the link provided in the other thread.

Use the other thread
