Title: Refund policy
Post by: anantaman on March 27, 2015, 01:33:07 am
Hi there

I just bought version 20 the other day, I think it was a mistake. I have version18 already which does more than enough. Also, I see you still have not brought back the recording feature which is for me a major issue. So how do I get a refund for version 20 please.

Thanks

Andy Hammond

I don't think you can. JRiver offer a 30 day trial so you can test all the features before making a purchase. MC20 offers many new features including the WDM pass-through driver which alone is worth the price.

I'm sure someone from JRiver will reply to this thread officially though.

What issues are you having?

John

WeeHappyPixie is correct. We offer a fully featured 30 day trial for testing, and because of that we usually do not offer refunds.

What is "the recording feature" ?

A few years back MC used to allow recording audio from line in and other inputs. When JRiver started to move away from Microsoft dependent code in order to develop Linux and Mac versions the recording feature was dropped.
