Title: Unable to tag ratings for songs. Keystroke not working?

Hi, On both of my PCs with MC20, I am unable to tag the songs by pressing the keystroke Ctrl+Shift+1 -> 5....mouse works fine though...is there a hidden setting I need to set?

I can't tag any of the songs whether I am in standard view or theatre view...

Any ideas? STF but don't seem to get the answers I need. Thanks
