Hi Guys,
It is a long-shot but I was hoping that the SONGWRITER tag in cue files would be picked up by MC as "Composer" (if composer field not already tagged).
This is not the case so I just wanted to know what the other options might be (besides splitting out the flac files). Just to be clear I have a lot of classical music with cue file taged as follows:
TRACK 01 AUDIO
TITLE "Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen / 1. Wenn mein Schatz Hochzeit macht"
PERFORMER "Thomas Hampson; Leonard Bernstein; Wiener Philharmoniker"
SONGWRITER "Gustav Mahler"
FLAGS DCP
INDEX 00 00:00:00
INDEX 01 00:00:33
TRACK 02 AUDIO
TITLE "Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen / 2. Ging heut' morgen übers Feld"
PERFORMER "Thomas Hampson; Leonard Bernstein; Wiener Philharmoniker"
SONGWRITER "Gustav Mahler"
FLAGS DCP
INDEX 01 04:25:33
For example, is there an expression that could be used to import the SONGWRITER tag into the MC Composer library field?
Many thanks if anyone has a suggestion / solution.

This should be supported in the next build, testing appreciated. :)

Wow, that's quick :o I'll keep am eye out and will test. I assume you mean build 20.0.88?

Will that just be "Songwriter" or a more general mapping of CUE fields to Library fields ?
