Title: Password broken. Can't open Gizmo

I copied my user name and password from my password utility to JRiver during install.  Now either the username or password are broken.  I still have the code.
How do I retrieve or reset my password?  Looked in the wiki but nothing there.

reset your password from
tools - options - media network - authentication
