Title: Move JRiver from TV to Primary Monitor from HTPC
Post by: thane108 on April 15, 2015, 11:29:25 pm
In the past I've been able to hover over JRiver on the taskbar my HTPC and click the "X" to get out of Theater mode on the TV in the living room and have the standard view appear on the HTPC.  Then I was able to just click two or three times on JRiver on the taskbar which would again exit Theater view on the tV and the standard view would appear on the HTPC.

Now I have to go to the TV and exit Theater view to have it appear back on the HTPC.

This is awkward when I want to adjust settings.

Any clues to be able to exit Theater View (which is on the TV which is the second monitor) from the keyboard on the HTPC and have standard view appear at the HTPC would be much appreciate.

Try F11 a couple of times or Escape to exit Theater View.

Or the Green Button on a remote, then use the arrow pad to exit.

Left arrow, left arrow, etc. to get to the main menu, then exit.

Alt Tab?

In addition to the suggestions Jim provided, Shift-F11 is a single-press toggle that cycles through:

* Theater View
* Standard View
* Display View (if it is open and MC is playing something)

It is like a modified version of the normal F11 toggle (which is Theater View focused). Also, Control-1 always goes to Standard View from anywhere.

Thanks - CTRL-1 does the job so long as I click on JRiver on taskbar first.

Perfect!
